California Nebula. SH2-220.
Fourth time imaging the California Nebula. Really an easy target from my location. It’s a dense, bright nebula and rises within my limited line of site. I need to cut down more trees!
This time I used the Optolong L-eXtreme Dual-band filter. Been using that primarily this year. But I have to say my detail from 2021.11.23 is pretty nice. I used the Radian Triad filter then and captured at 300s exposure time. Probably the usage of both helped capture that extra detail then. I still like the results of my latest but I will probably next time use the Radian Triad.
Below is something new I will try keep up with. I’ve been live streaming on Twitch of me processing my images. As for YouTube, I plan on taking the recording from the feed and post a sped up version. Below is the result. Hope you enjoy!
While the federal government say it’s “committed to supporting farmers and rural communities” and “helping families to pass their land on to the subsequent generation” the sector has warned that farms will grow to be smaller and smaller as a result of the adjustments.
